I liked the work life balance.

Dislikes

As a fresher, my experience at T-Systems has been disappointing. The compensation and benefits package, including the recent hike, did not meet my expectations, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. Overall, my experience at T-Systems as a fresher has been below par.

...e centric policies. T-system provides lots of learning platforms for upskilling. Compensation is also as per market trends and bonus and rewards are given to appreciate the work. Management is very supportive. Just go for it.

Nothing to mention as such.

Work like balance is there, many opportunities to develop skills as trainings are there. Culture is good. If you perform above average, job security is there.

Recognition, Some work in some projects and salary.

Work Life balance if you want to be left alone without any growth expectations.

...ap Disaster- Huge pay disparity of up to 70% between employees of same grade. 5. Reverse Salary structure - Lower grade employees might earn up to 50% more than their immediate senior grade. 6. Broken Promises - HR's hiring pitch about later increments and corrections never sees daylight. Don't trust the liars. 7. Sycophancy over skills - Hard work is secondary, but polite bootl*****g might come to your rescue. 8. Token Initiatives- Endless programs with fancy names , but no real impact on employee experience. 9. Talent Drain - The best employee leave, while mediocrity stays and thrives.

standard salary. Work life balance is good, because European influence. Skill development portals are there but certification cost not covered by company.

Dislikes

Job security due to no bench policy. Client Projects are coming slow. Promotions - based on many factors and they keep changing norms of promotions. Dry promotions happened this year.
