.... Pay- Pay is so so low that after a while you start questioning your existence. Even if they promote you to some senior manager:GM level your salary when compared to other organization is half or even low. 3. Favouritism 4. Lack of common sense 5. There was a marketing director named Deepa Krishnan, she was disliked by all for the simple reason she had no business knowledge and zero clarity on marketing fundamentals, zero people management skill but she was still there as ceo and other directors used her as pawn. 6. They are simply riding on the backs of great brand “Starbucks” yet not able to leverage it 7. They buy awards such as “great place to work” great place for women etc. as in they pay money and purchase awards.

... support staff is involved in corrupt mall practice from senior to junior level. These guys are busy making money apart from salary. Most of the consultants are providing cuts to the team members.

Work life balance, fast promotions, work culture

...le who are close or who knows higher officials will have faster growth than you. You wont be paid for overtime at all, pay is not good compared to competitors.

Company culture is good. You get 2 days off weekly. They call you partner. Single duty meal provided. You will get coffee. Good option for womens.

Dislikes

... and blackmail with that saying they can easily terminate you because of that. No promotion or salary hike on merit. No accomodation assistance. They say treat the customer well and the same people say that sell the drinks as they say. Not an evident incentive received. Too much tiring job, no freedom of personality as in global Starbucks. Try gossipping then you can grow in Tata Starbucks. 9 hours on documents they make you work for 10+ hours and refuse to give the OT.

Currentlly total focus on copy of other brand launces like food ( Copy of Third Wave ) Totally changed what he promice & What he have given to their partner , Cost cutting !
