Clients are ok. But TCPL manager is not supportive at all, i only talk with him on mail or other support person.

...ometimes client have approved leave but manager reject leave without any reason. Salary deduction are too often, no proper training or induction for TRE joinees. Even my calleague faces same issues.

Salary structure is very good of this company. Everyone take their salary on time like 1st day of month.

Promotion is not getting after doing 5yrs 6 months job. And salary increment is very poor. My salary has been increased 5000 rs in five year completed.

Since 2 years no any appraisal provide. When asked to Manager for appraisal they , fire on Employees and siad for termination. No HR , Reporting manager hearing. World worst experience on team computers. Never come come back again. Chet with Employees, joining time not informed to Employees how many sites covers.

Toxic Work Culture: Extremely poor work-life balance. Employees are regularly expected to work 14+ hours a day, including weekends, often without any form of overtime pay or comp-off. Favouritism & False Promises: HR and managers create a biased environment — only HR and Line mangers are rewarded with perks like Goa or Dubai trips, while the rest are overburdened and overlooked. Unethical Management: Leadership is unprofessional and dishonest — frequent false commitments, lack of transparency, and no regard for employee well-being. Client-First, Employee-Last Mentality: Employees are treated as resources, not people. You're expected to say yes to everything; client demands are treated as orders, no matter how unreasonable. No Respect or Boundaries: Employees are pressured, manipulated, and even blackmailed emotionally or professionally to take on work beyond reasonable limits. Zero Career Growth: No structured development, mentorship, or fair appraisal system. If you don't conform to their unfair demands, you’re silently pushed out. once your project is over they will push's you out of the company as its a small company and don't have any many projects. Once you resign they will make sure you need to suffer about your full and final payment , drastically reduce your working day not allow to serve notice period and you will be paid only basic pay regarding the notice. they will threaten and black mail you in all aspects. Verdict: One of the most horrifying places to work if you value honesty, personal time, or ethical treatment. Enter only if you’re okay being treated like a number, not a human.
