Best part of working with TechM is the continuous learning culture. Managers and Unit Heads will approve your certification costs without any second thoughts if you are sincere about the learning. Managers are very professional and polite. All the internal IT systems work smoothly without any obstacles. You are free to move between projects - just discuss your aspirations with the manager. Very friendly environment at TechM.

Dislikes

As with all big service based companies salary hikes are very less. Here you will be attached to a project - so once the project ends, you will have to work with talent manager to look for a new project internally. In other companies, your central unit takes care of project allocation. This should improve in TechM. Overall its a nice company to work with.

Appraisal cycle happens but hikes will not get with some or the other reason. Only at the time of joining you will get God salary that too if you bargain. Once after joining you should not expect more than 2-3percent hike and mostly you may not get any hike

There are no likes at all, except they pay 60+40(previous month) variable pay every month, instead of quarterly or yearly.

Dislikes

There are tons of dislikes here. Job security is one of the major concern, apart from inefficient management. They don't have projects on new technologies, but they will fire thousands of employees for not having work experience in those technologies. They are such a bad organisation to the society, will spoil employees life, and doesn't bother.

No salary hike. No promotions. Favoritism. No matter how much efforts you put only thing you can get is some award. No proper communication from hr. No proper management. Hybrid work policy made mandtory but not implemented where dome people are forced to come to office and other didn't even go one or twice and only thing we get is we are monitoring. No good projects or new projects

No likes as of now at client location. The company is interested only in billing. The client treats employees as sl*v*s.

...e favourites of management get off on weekend if you are in rotational shift. 3. They provide only yearly salary breakup in your offer letter. No monthly salary breakup is provided. The real game is hidden in variable pay. What they promise, they never give you in your net take home salary. 4. Promotion, 5. Job Security, 6. Skill Development all depends on who is management's favourite. Same as in the most of the organizations. 7. You re doing repeatedly the same useless tasks and the management is there to make your life more miserable by giving you more and more meaning less tasks just to keep client happy to show them that employees are always busy.
