Cab facility and the HRMS portal is super user-friendly. You can apply for leaves and fill in the IJP easily. My colleagues and some managers are truly amazing. I had the pleasure of working under an incredible manager who was incredibly chill, focused on work, and always willing to help us out, even on their days off. They also encouraged us to apply for promotions if we were eligible and earn more. At the end of the day - it all depends on which team you are joining, your supervisor and manager. They can be a pain or can be incredibly helpful. It all depends person to person.

...Am one week and the other week it can be 5:30am to 1:30pm. Be prepared for this. Salary can be better.

My experience with Teleperformance is one of the best experience I have . Seniors are very supportive and it is very employees centric

The whole company name is disliked no proper increment and less salary for freshers compare to another companies no food and travel telling lies that they will provide but don't and also main thing no any option to get incentives here.

Nice place to work especially for fresher. My manager was very helpful and guided me throughout. Left for a better opportunity but honestly miss the people there. Work culture was good & decent.
