I am extremely disappointed with the senior managers of GFSS department at this company. They consistently dispaly a lack of leadership skills, communication, & decision making abilities. They seem to be more concerned with their own personal agenda & ego than the sucess of the team. They fails to provide clear direction & support, often leaving employees feelings lost & unsupported. Seems they have behavioural issues. Oveall, I would not recommend working under the leadership of these senior managers in Transunion GFSS department.

Salary benefits are very good. Management is good especially if you report to an onshore manager. Work life balance is amazing. Overall a good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Cannot comment as of now. But by speaking with other employees, promotions and internal movement is a little slow.

Work-Life balance. Managers won't set expectations in the beginning. They blame delay in delivery at later stage. Management is poor in Hyderabad. Managers follow their own performance evolution. No inclusive culture in team. HR prioritizes management's interests over employee well-being. Very bad exit policies, you won't get any relieving letter on your last day.

Work culture and flexible time, people are good and supportive, Leaves can be encashed, not sure about hikes and bonus payouts. Sterling Holliday vouchers.

They have a bonus component in your CTC and have no option to dis-avail the same and payout is not 100% as well.
