...edicated team. It has great work culture and provides average work life balance. Provides better salary compared to other companies of same level. It has various perks other than salary such as cabs for all and filled floor pantry area.

Work life balance is little disturbed. No one asks you to stretch but at the same time people expect for the same. It also depends on the team you are working with.

Hardly anything to like about ZS. Probably the Cab facility is the only thing that seems on a better side

...10 am in the morning to 1 am in night, with still expectation to work even more. Salary: A lot of favouritism in terms of bonus and all, salary depends on promotion a lot and because promotion is all straight politics so salary gets impacted, overall for the kind of work done, salary is low. Promotion: Straight politics, if you manager wants, you can be promoted else no one cares for how good your review really is. A lot of politics here Job-security: No job security at all, whenever the team doesn't have much work in pipeline, they start reducing the headcount by putting people on a plan (PIP), have personally seen 3 cases in my team. Company culture: because of too much politics, it's extremely toxic

- Collaborative Environment - Competitive compensation and good appraisals (Minimum: double digit percentage for average performing employees as well) - Consulting flavour with client facing roles

Dislikes

- Poor Work life balance - Limited tech stack - Favoritism and politics at higher level (almost common for all corporates and not just limited to ZS)

Good company to start your carrier but later on learning rate with slow down. Good pay with decent pay and non cash benefits as well.

Learning opportunities will slow down. you will be more into managerial role.

Toxic work culture even within the associates, associate consultant, managers. Don't even join as Associate consultant / Consultant with excellent previous track record you will regret later part of your career. No recognition / No respect only home grown associates will be always treated like a gems as If they are awarded from Harvard / Oxford. Not much stuff as business ethics getting worst rated projects by fooling clients. Please avoid joining if you have very good growth trajectory in your previous company choose wise company than ZS even slightly lesser salary comparison.
