Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Just called and enquirer abt my precious and current working company. Simply informed dept head needs to talk to me over the phone.
Tips: 1) needs to enquire abt the history and strategy of company. Without complete info company, we should join.
2) We have to select good manager instead of good company.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Dept head was asking the questions like silly one. In fact I get to know he doesn't have experience abt branding and he tries to learn from me by asking such silly questions. When I'm trying to clarify, I asked some questions dept manager could t able to answer it. Simply blabbering something. From this I get to know he is non experienced person and placed in irrelevant dept.
Tips: 1) select good manager. Or else our entire working life will get sued.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Didn't inform anything to me abt my selection and they don't want to know my desire. Simply sent offer and told me need to join within time or the offer will get invalid.
Tips: 1) we should not hesitate to ask plenty questions to HR team. Or else we will become stray goat.

Skills: Branding knowledge , Rate card status, Current rates of vendor, Inshop & outshop branding knowledge , Marketing collaterals, VMD guidelines , Implementing process
