Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HORRIBLE Interview Experience.
First Technical Round went really well with a backend engineer. Solved and answered all questions. He truly assessed my skills.

Second Technical Round was with the tech-head of their team, who just rejected after the introduction without asking any technical questions, giving the silly reasons that the candidate wants to work only on product based company. (Ripik.AI is both product and service based). He didn't even clarify this or talked about it, and just finished the interview in 5 mins.

He asked me about my challenging work that I have done, and I explained about Elasticsearch and Devops and all, but he didn't have knowledge about those, so he gave this silly reason to reject me.

If a company have such kind of interviewers with poor communication and wrong mindset, the company is not going to grow their quality team.

I do know english well and use it daily to communicate, but the moment I'm in an interview, I just get stuck. since it's not my first language, I struggle to express what I actually feel. I know the answer in my head, but I just can’t deliver it properly at that moment. Please guide me
