Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The first assessment is too basic and easy, you just need to have understanding of English. Then if cleared, you'll almost instantly get email to book your interview slot. It will be group meet, but not group discussion. HR will most likely ask you 2-4 questions depending on experience/fresher. Intro is common, family details and the occupation of the family members also common question. Rest you can check YouTube, a lot of people uploaded interview, just prepare all those from your favourite source(like-chat gpt, Gemini etc.) If cleared this voice round, you'll move to the last round where HR will give you all passed candidates of previous round 2-3 topics, you need to write 7-8 lines on each. Remember: You can cheat there, as screen won't be shared. But don't just copy paste any response to the meet chat box, the meeting is being recorded. So if you don't type there, just copy paste anything that will be visible later. So you can cheat, but be smart. After that your part is done. HR will call you if they shortlist you. If rejected, you'll get email of rejection. You can retry after a month. 1 month is the cooldown period

Why are women still asked such personal questions in interview?
I recently went for an interview… and honestly, m still trying to process what just happened. Instead of being asked about my skills, experience, or how I could add value to the company… the questions took a totally unexpected turn. The interviewer started asking things like When are you getting married? Are you engaged? And m sure, if I had said I was married, the next question would’ve been How long have you been married? What does my personal life have to do with the job m applying for? This is where I felt the gender discrimination hit hard. These types of questions are so casually thrown at women during interviews but are they ever asked to men? No one asks male candidates if they’re planning a wedding or how old their kids are. So why is it okay to ask women? Can we please stop normalising this kind of behaviour in interviews? Our careers shouldn’t be judged by our relationship status. Period.
