Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not join this company they hired you with good package ; they take approx 1 month for joining ; then once you are hired treat you as slave ; unsecured job ; they can kick you anytime if wont obey them or director's wife ;
you must butterify director's wife then only you can sustain in Veko ;
as current HR is doing all the time playing around her ;
No growth work culture ; no clear work policies ; if you escalate or ask clarity for anything you are kicked out of organisation
Director's wife has new topic every day for criticism ; I think she could not sleep without bad mail to atleast single employee,
its a humble request to everyone do not join Veko and it will spoil your career

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Think 10 times before applying there. Management and HR department is not much supportive after giving interview. They are having unprofessional workers. They rejected me just because I was a female candidate, before scheduling interview they knew it I was a female candidate. After 15 days of interview, I asked them why did you rejected me... They told me we are not hiring female candidate for Quality control...
Recruiter and interviewer know that I am female...they wasted my lot of time...
Please don't go there... Highly unprofessional people. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
