WorkFusion (Developer/Consultant)

 

About The Role  

Were looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our RPA team specializing in WorkFusion . Whether you're a hands-on developer, a strategic consultant, or a technical lead, this role offers the opportunity to design, build, and scale automation solutions that drive real business impact. Youll work on cutting-edge projects involving RPA, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines , collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance automation solutions.

 Key Responsibilities 

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using WorkFusion , including ODF framework and ML components.

Leverage Java 8, Spring, Maven, Hibernate , and JavaScript to build robust automation workflows.

Integrate backend systems and APIs to enable seamless automation orchestration. Lead or contribute to solution orchestration , technical design, and documentation (PDDs, SDDs).

Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing , and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.

Document all phases of the automation lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

Engage with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (for Lead roles).

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable and secure deployments.

Utilize AWS infrastructure and services for hosting and scaling automation solutions.

Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment cycles.

Optimize cloud resource sizing and architecture for performance and cost-efficiency.

 

Primary Skills 

3+ years of IT experience with minimum 1 year in RPA solutioning (WorkFusion preferred).

Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 , Spring , Hibernate , Maven , and JavaScript .

Experience with WorkFusion ODF framework and understanding of ML SDK is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of RPA, Machine Learning concepts, workflows, backend systems, and APIs .

Familiarity with AWS infrastructure , cloud architecture, and CI/CD practices .
