1. Order booking as per target
2. Outstanding collections
3. MIS management
4. Alignment with divisional initiatives like Business excellence , Kaizen, IMS.
5. OB & Outstanding data management
Job Profile:
1. Enquiry generation, New business development, filtering enquiries from domestic & overseas clients.
2. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
4. Offer preparation, submission & follow up.
5. Ensuring order booking and collection of receivables as per monthly plan.
6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
7. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
8. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
9. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
11. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
12. Timely preparation of MIS.
13. Active participation in Divisional activities Kaizen, Business excellence, Integrated management systems.
14. Archive & maintain ABP related data 15. Maintain customer base data including their growth plans.
