Job Description:The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Quality of Service Delivery for Digital Products - Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and critical installations - Maintain accurate service data and act as custodian for the product line - Continuously improve service delivery processes - Provide timely and effective support to B2B customers 2. Co-ordination for Closure of CAPA for Digital Products - Process product feedback and drive CAPA initiatives for product quality improvement 3. Building Capability for Servicing Digital - Develop and train field teams on electronic locks and digital products - Create and manage knowledge resources (training modules, simulation centre) - Develop and maintain the simulation centre for demos, online support, and training 4. Additional Responsibilities - Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on divisional electronic roadmap - Conduct first information reports and set up product support for existing and new products - Operations Management: - Fix prices for spare parts and manage inventory - Optimize resources for productivity improvement - Facilitate electronic integration with locks and other security devices 5. Organizational Imperative: - Team Development: Fostering the growth and development of team members and subordinates. - Formulate plans and track metrics for key business processes under Enterprise Risk Management - Achieving Operational Excellence through TPM, Kaizen, 5S, TOC, GreenCo and CII Business Excellence - Understanding and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal processes.REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONEssential:Degree / Diploma in ElectronicsPreferred:BE ElectronicsREQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCEEssential:2 years of work experience for Degree in Electronics Engineering OR 4 years of work experience for Diploma in Electronics EngineeringPreferred:-SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREDEssential:1.
