Role Overview
As an Experienced Sales Professional, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing digital media deals. You'll leverage your expertise in performance marketing to build strong client relationships and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch and close digital media deals, with a focus on CPA/CPL campaigns, programmatic advertising, and branded inventory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base across the BFSI, Real Estate, and Automobile sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored digital advertising solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including ad operations and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure mutual satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of CPA/CPL, programmatic advertising, and branded inventory.
- Demonstrated experience selling digital solutions to clients in the BFSI, Real Estate, and Automobile sectors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a sharp eye for identifying new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
