This role is responsible for delivering all facets of Recruitment successfully throughout the organization, through a development of recruitment plans, employing traditional as well as digital sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to hire talent as per the company norms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to managing the offer process
- Lead and manage a small team of recruitment manager and recruiter
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Work with registered vendors to source the candidates as per requirements
- Using job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source potential candidates
- Implementing new sourcing methods and maintaining a network of potential candidates
- Use employee referral and IJP as sources of internal hiring process
- Source and screen the profiles for leadership positions
- Talent mapping to identify the right profiles
- Use innovative methods to screen the candidates
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Identify and implement psychometric assessment tools to identify the right fit
- Negotiating compensation and contractual agreements with new hires
- Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the hiring process
- Analyzing and presenting data to the senior leadership on position status
- Conducting job market and best practice research to ensure competitive hiring strategies
- Managing an efficient onboarding process to ensure new hires' successful integration into the company
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Skills/Experience:
- BE/Btech Preferred + Full time 2 years MBA in HR from a good B School
- Exp of working in INFRASTRUCTURE or EPC based Organization is must & Non Negotiable.
-10 plus years experience in Talent Acquisition, majority in Corporate
-One stint in other areas of HR such as Talent Management/Employee development/Culture and engagement
