Require - Proficiency in Bengali and English
Job Role: Customer service background ( Non Voice )
Location: WNS, Gurgaon near World tech park, sector 30
Shift: Rotational
Cab Facility: Available(Depends on shifts)
Budget- Maximum upto 4.5 Lpa
Experience- 06 Months- 3 Years
Language- Bengali, English
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via and chat channels.
Provide real-time support and solutions to customers.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent Bengali communication skills (verbal and written).
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome!
