Job Description

-Set clear team goals and KPIs-Performance management-Team/people management-Client Engagement connect weekly-Delegate tasks and set deadlines-Do regular performance evaluation - data wise and quality check-Keep track - to ensure the compliance is in place-Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere-Up skilling of new hires-BQ Management- Digital Experience preferred-5 years of leading Sales team/ teams (Mandatory)

2+ years proven consultative sales and business development experience with proven track record of target achievement Good understanding of Google Products and knowledge of traditional and digital media and the competitive landscape AND Experience managing Digital Agencies (Process Specific)Should be certified on Google AdWords Certifications and must have in-depth knowledge of Google AdWords Platform and products. SEM/PPC/Google Ads Campaigns (Process Specific).Should have had experience in managing Clients. Preferred- On PPC.
