Teleperformance is not a good company when it comes to job security. They can terminate your employment at any time without any mistake on your part, simply if management decides to do so. Even if you give 200% effort, they may remove you without prior notice. The work culture is extremely toxic, impacting both mental and physical health. Stress levels are so high that it can lead to serious health issues, yet the company does not grant adequate sick leave. Employees are expected to come to the office even when seriously ill. Management practices are unprofessional and threatening. There is constant pressure with veiled threats of termination (“dhamkee”). Leadership lacks expertise,recently, a manager named Soma hired a group manager, Amit, who has little knowledge of the travel industry and delegates all his work to other manager who already occupied on thier on task this is just because he has Soma’s support. Overall, the environment is unhealthy, with top management displaying unprofessional behavior. There are better companies out there offering both competitive salaries and healthy work-life balance.
