Good environment to learn technically in few teams. need to sacrify personal life because very hard to get leaves also more night shifts.

Very few teams will get opportunity to work on new technologies.rest of the teams need to do repeated work. Need to sacrify personal life because of very rare leaves approval due to resource crunch always and more night shifts(continuously 3 weeks).

For freshers its a good platform, but management should work more on to concentrate on Employee career, With present CEO Sridhar Bogelli its really a great honour to work in this company.

Management, Work-life balance, work environment. Here people will tell everyday to complete the work in one day and there will be 15-16 hrs work everyday. There behavior is not good. Even if your in hospital they will tell you to work.

If you want to work in hell then come here. Management behavior is very bad. there is no work culture they just keep on shouting until you complete the work sitting 15- 20 hours. They don't bother even if your health is not good.
