Presently there is no reason to like anything in AXIS Bank.

Dislikes

All corporate goons have taken over the Bank and have started harassing employees and spoiled the work culture. There is option for learning and development. Products have become highly redundant. There is no clear policy on customer centric approach. There is chaos in work amongst the employees.

Some higher authorities promotes to their own religious people specially kerala and tamil nadu religion people, bossism is more, overall banking culture is good but only some people are religious support

Salary comes on time and there is lot of things to learn! Defferent horizons to explore and develop our knowledge

Sometimes because of Target they call us office to work ! Always pressure to complete targets. There is no personal and professional work life balance. Manager always shouting on targets ! If we reach 1 target then they will ask another . No peace and appreciation! Incentive structure is bad! Requirement to work is too much! Actual office hours are never fixed !!!
