Bank was provided good platform to learn new things in professional life. Supervisors are good and co operative in all aspects.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are not good. However, bank is recruiting new guys with higher packages than experience guys are prevailed with bank. My opinion is that, role based salaries and designation should be required in bank. If you would have encourage this culture, most of the persons are ready to take the higher responsibilities.

Brand name is good and no of branches for service and staff availability for solution of customer.

Dislikes

All training and knowledge online in working hrs and simantusly lots of calls received from customers and branches so all knowledge not gained and grooming of employees not done as expected
