I am very much thankful as part of the organization as a mobile teacher and now as DALSC in implementing programs and projects that are very touching in heart to help the less fortunate people in a marginal unreach areas of the province. The services rendered should be accountable and can be divert as service credits to any teachers working behind excess hours. example, teachers working at night just to finish papers works and learning materials must include as overtime hours.. Thank you

My work is challenging as ALS implementers as we know that multi level, different ages and reaching the unreached..but because of loving of tjis work became an inspiration to serve people in the field

I love teaching.. Here in the philippines, the teacher is like a one-man-show.. many obligations aside from taking care of the pupils she's handling. We also get tired.. we are just humans. We oath to teach inside the classroom not to work in the office facing many paperworks

Regularization of teachers is easy, work environment is good, security of tenure is assured.

too much paper works is required to us teachers in the extent that our time in teaching of the lessons is compromised. also i have observed that the standard of teaching as well as the true quality learning are diminishing because of the mass promotion which i think has already become a policy of the DepEd. In addition, trial and error has been observed in terms of the implementation of some programs and requirements by the Department of Education. There has the lack of learning materials, equipment and facilities and this largely affects the giving of instruction and students' learning. Working without compromising the quality of education is vital for me. In the department, teachers were given extraloads (loads not related to teaching) which would make a teachers as ineffective classroom manager. Through this, teachers have no time to study the content of his lesson, no time to prepare for meaningful learning orinstructional materials and have no time to prepare lessons with appropriate teaching methods that would address invididial needs of diverse learners. Moreover, teachers are also given undefined tasks such as irrelevant papers works and reports that would consume a lot of our time.
