Stuck in Rural location - Need help to explore new opportunities

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out for help as I feel stuck in my current job. I accepted a role as Branch Manager in a rural area, where the catchment area has nothing to a radius of 15 km .The reality has been tough, but I’ve managed to survive for 1.5 years. The main issue is the location. The institute has very high expectations, and even they seem unclear about the exact branch location! I feel helpless, facing rejections from other jobs, and like no one is there to support me anymore. I want to leave this place and explore opportunities in fields like compliance, AML, fintech, or similar areas where I can grow. I’m hardworking and eager, but I need guidance, job leads, or advice to move forward. If anyone has faced something similar or has tips on breaking into compliance/AML/fintech roles, please share. Any help—referrals, networking advice, or encouragement—would mean a lot. Thank you for reading, and I hope to connect with those who can guide me to a better future!
