Older existing people are not much helpful to new member. Job security quite concerned some time depend on client projects, if current client project get completed then you will find some difficulty to get new project sometime.

I never worked in my life this underrated organization . Worst in company employee culture. Senior people(Murali Garimella) needs to remove from company who doing no job by tagging POC/Project which is not in use for 2-3 months. Spoiling skilled people mindset and technical knowledge. HR(Aiswarya Kar) also playing with experience resources by wrong technical guiding and tagging. Top management should take care on those people and unit/team. Thanks!...Read More

I really like the flexibility in working hours.it allows me to to manage my work life balance effectively while staying productive 😁

One area where I feel there's room for improvement is the salary increment and vpi .they are often delayed and there have been times when I haven't received them as expected.
