Great works life balance, culture depends on the team, but generally it's fair. Compensation is also good.

Dislikes

The people who have been in JDA company are not quite receptive to new ideas. The road map keeps changing due to recent changes in the ceo and upper management.

Work life balance, inclusiveness, HR and financial team are really great here. The team i'm working is very friendly and cool. No issues if you want to take emergency long leaves(Management is understing and helpful). The most I like is the flexible work hours and work life balance

Dislikes

The only dislike is whenever you get some priority customer cases those days can be tricky which is expected and based on the current market status of product-based companies the pay scale should increase for the existing employees.
