For freshers this is good bank only for learning. Don't expect respect and salary just learn and switch.

Dislikes

South Indian partiality and ego. No salary increment no leaves credited during probation and probation could be 2 years instead of 1 year. Salary is low but expections high. Employee can do work with passion if salary is good.

The worst work culture in branch if you are good in buttering for manager then your manager will recommend for your promotion. And if someone will complaint about the manager's behaviour then HR department is not going help you. HR or even higher authority will only support to those who is giving business to bank whether the staff is bringing business from any wrong activity. All the branch operations and marketing has to do alone for yourself. There is no seperate department for different operations. Daily click to call to 10 customer and 3 meetings mandatory and also approach to the customer for Insurance, Current account, Saving account, Loans and advances. There is no.
