It's waste of time being there is torturing yourself, nobody understands or support you if you are putting valid point in front of seniors, they want you to work more than the shift hours, On the top of it is gender discrimination as a boy you will never get promoted or recognition for your work

The company is good and provided help to everyone who lost their job during the pandemic.

Dislikes

Joining this company is a total waste of time as the job was on contractual basis so there is no job security at all. Instead of shifting the employee to another process after the time the contract ended they just ended everything with the employee and all if a sudden asked me to not come from the next day. In these pandemic times where getting a job is not easy enough they just fired me not even thought about how one would survive and find a new job....Read More

It was pathetic. Could not take leaves whether it be of planned or unplanned. If you are thinking to take your leaves your incentives will be affected and this will also impact your salary as they will deduct money from your basic salary.

Job is completely Secure if you follow the protocol. Company Policies are clear as crystal. The Work Environment is Completely Fun and Professional. There is a Nice Cafeteria and Gaming Arena for Fun. Appraisals are late though.

Appraisals are late, Career Growth actually depends and There are Black sheeps as well who ruin the experience of work.
