People within all verticals connect with each other very easily, the work culture and celebration of evry festival showcases diversity of India in every aspect

Dislikes

Processes and bureaucracy in appraisals were very poorly designed, while promotion was delayed and is dependent on supervisors push for promotion. The salary benefits are not too great

Decent as there was usually less work on the weekends but they insist on working 6 days a week even at manager levels which is not desirable
