As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Health insurance is good, it has option to add parents and inlaws as dependent for medical coverage by paying additional premium, which is good in my opinion....Read More

Cyient is a service based company, so they mainly recruit people to deploy at client office. After deployment at client office there no major communication from Cyient except timesheet filling and leaves are taken in every month. No much career growth and compensation correction every year.

The company is good to have a balance life. Not much growth will be here. Plenty of games will be played by managers. Appraisal process is just wrost.
