I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Work Details

Work policy: being a consultant with Deloitte, I only have to go to the client site. There is no requirement to go to the Deloitte office as such.

-Company culture is very good. The senior manager and managers are supportive. You can open up share your issues with them. -Wellbeing benefits every year 25k, for new phone 25k. -Frequent Office Party -Learning and development is good -flexible office going hours

- my initial 1.5 years was great because of my project later my project changed and the working hours extended. long working hours as 12 to 15hrs per day. -Did not got promoted even after my performance was good. -Late night calls
