Good work life, No questions on taking leaves. Job security is good if you have above average performance. Salary hike depends on project to project. Best part is bonus payout is mostly more than 100%

Poor promotion policy. Taking promotion is next to impossible here, only lucky people get promoted. Work life completely depends on project.

1) Salaries are credited on time. 2) Well-being benefits, transportation and internet reimbursements. 3) Frequent team parties for people who are staffed in client projects only.

Dislikes

1) Follows hybrid working model, should be WFH for the work that can be done from home. It seems they are interested in wasting lot of time of employees. 2) Office politics, this is common in every company, this is no different. 3) Resource managers wont take your opinion when assigning to projects, be careful about this and in advance and say no to internal/non monetized projects. 4) Dont expect much on appraisals part even if your ratings are top notch , some special kind of people will get much higher hike than you. 5) Too much restrictions as to what you can buy financially like stocks and all, you have to report it to deloitte and if its restricted entity according to deloitte then you cannot buy it no matter who much help that financial decision might be....Read More
