Good compensation, well being benefits and PDA program. Good learning opportunities better for people joining Analyst and consultant level.

Dislikes

GPS sector is worst, politics starting from leadership till manager, favoritism and hand-holding promotions, people in high level thinks they own the employees and expect them to work as they bid. Don't go into GPS at any cost and stay away from any US state projects. Other service lines are far better in terms of tech, growth and opportunities.

In Deloitte USI Work culture is really good. Here no one questions you or ask you when you are taking leaves. People easily take long leaves 2 to 3 weeks its common. Annual bonus is generally higher what they mention in your offer letter.
