They give negligible salary to freshers and make them do any work for any position that's vacant. Most of the times they don't have much projects and keep the freshers on bench without any clarity and blame them for not getting good ratings.

The firm provides good job security and a hectic work schedule for some folks and a very sedentry schedule for others.

Dislikes

The promotions are deferred by giving BS reasons. The work will never make you satisfied and your overall performance will majorly depend on the people managing you. Moreover, you cannot choose to work on what would actually align to your desirablilty. It will be based on what they have a demand for.

Dislikes

Too much politics, cannot be peaceful in such an environment. The whole leadership plays by these politics and do not promote anyone who are not "yes-man" or participate in these politics. Too much politics. The promotions are solely based on how "close" you are to your managers and nothing else. Even the projects are assigned on the basis of this. The closest people get the best projects. They don't care about the skills at all as the work is very basic for the junior level employees. Got assigned to random projects with no scope of learning. Even graduates with engineering or MBA gets assigned to BPO projects being hired for different roles and skillset. And ruining people's career.
