Ericsson has one of the most fabulous work life balance in the industry. No wonder people stick to this company for years... There is decent job security too. Unless one is completely useless and not deployed to an assignment for months at length, no one is getting fired. Pay structure is definitely not optimal. This is an area Ericsson needs to focus to retain and lure talented individuals.

Dislikes

In small pockets I do see nepotism flourishing in Ericsson. The management is also not too keen to look about a solution to the salary issue. Consequently many talented individuals are leaving Ericsson lately.

Work Details

My last 10+ years at Ericsson have been good. However there was a huge issue with promotions and salaries throughout. Some of the previous managers only promoted their near and dear team members and caused a whole bunch of us to suffer.

Very good company for working, learning part is too good. Ericsson spent a very good amount and time also on training and skills development.as this is an global company so you learn different cultures and ways of working here all over the world.

Job security is not good as earlier, some department head took personal benefit and placed their relatives on higher position.i have to work 15-18 hours in a Day and some times in night also.but manager do not value. How many years you served the organisation, they not bother. I want to join this again to serve in a good manners.
