Learning portal is one of the good options in Atos Syntel which is good

The company promotion and appreciation means is too poor. One has to pass numerous exams to get applicable for promotion. The rules don't stick same for every employee. Employee has to pass exams to qualify for promotion thereafter he/she has to earn points based on thesis, lecture..etc and then managerial discussion whether to get promoted or not. In other way just drop the paper and you are given change of promotion. Management only pushes promotion who is feeding to the managers....Read More

The work depends on the project you get. For me I have been in legacy technology supporting for 5 years thereafter now got a good opportunity to learn through in new project with good technology
