Avoid if you are a fresher. Experienced professionals can join for onsite but dunno how that would be after the takeover. Policies, people and the entire management is all run haphazardly and new ideas are never welcome. Expect 3 5 % annual hikes on whatever your current salary is.. low or high.. overall i am never working here again.

Dislikes

Upper management has people who literally warm their seats everyday. Hikes and growth pattern are not transparent and expect frustrating work environment with 0 team support and no platform to raise your concerns.

Hectic and repetitive. No scope to grow and force tagging to project where the title search hits your portfolio.
