U can learn nothing.... U have to sit in bench for years together.... Even if u ask for work.. .. They won't give u work..... U can sit and chill in the bench even if it's a year..... U will not be allocated to project correctly...... Then they give a reason that u r not productive and take out of the company with silly reason....!! That too they make you to resign for urself and say sorry for what they have done and they don't utilize u for the work..... For few months they give u salary and take out.... And u come with empty hand with no knowledge and start ur career as fresher only..... Worst company... Worst decision I have made....Read More

Job security and work culture are the plus points of working in Syntel.The management is not the best but at the same time they are not bad too. You work in a calm cool atmosphere where you have given chances to enhance your skills learn something new always.
