Their is nothing to be liked about this company.
If some one wants to just do time pass and who are not able to find any other job in the market those can try it out but for max period of 6 months only.
It was my big mistake to join here.
Ok for recruiters,for short period
But HR operation people i would suggest stay away.

Their is no training provided to the new joiners
No process is followed
No job security
work culture is average
No professionalism
Worst Management
No salary/ compensation
False Commitments
No pest control
Poor infrastructure

Its pathetic experience i would suggest not to join such company where theirs no scope of learning.
People will give you false Information and false commitments.

Being an intern they gave me good exposure of recruitment processes followed at their company.

Dislikes

There are number of things which I didn't like...
1. The manager was self obsessed person who was not at all ready to listen anyone's opinions.
2. Working condition was really poor. Everyone used to fight for chairs and staplers. Can u imagine issues on such petty issues. AC's were not properly working.
3. Pay for other permanent employees was comparatively really low and which was one of the main factor for their increased attrition rate.
4. It is not in their culture to give much importance and value to their employees again one of the main reason for increased attrition rate.

Good working environment....salary is little less but incentive is good.in some cases due to rm employee has to suffer as in my case.

Good but due to some issue I m not getting job in I process.absconding was not my fault it was my boss fault.and warning letter was also bcoz of my boss as well as market condition.in home loan warning letter is possible as jharsuguda is a small town and 4 yrs ago there was not so much demand of home loan

The company take.up more projects... invocation...new things...more opportunities for unemployment people...it's wonderful... experience..to me...off roll of icici bank...and..more branches in india...it's very useful for freshers...i love to doing right now....so many things learn from there...job location...in icici towers in gachhibowli...i satisfied with them...

Slow growth...poor salary....

I am Harsh Singh Karakoti .I worked i process India Pvt ltd company as personal loan department as a coordinator. Company is good & helpfull. Company provide good work, high quality products in banking sector. Salary timing is good.I leave this job because I illness and minding distrab.

First point Company dislike come in office correct time but home go no correct time in . Coordination is not good . Night time job get no travel.

This is how i understand that i process make people fool when i put resignation after 1.5 year in it... For my FNF, i went 10 times for taking status of my FNF... They told me within 45 working days FNF will credit my account... Actually it credited after 4 month means 120 days.. And still my PF not come yet... 9 month over... I mailed to i process but they besharam not replying yet...

I am working as Credit Verification Officer in Agri Business Unit. Teammates are excellent and motivational to me and salary was in meager. There is no job security. If now available any credit officer post in Agri Business Unit please consider me and i hope with well knowledge in Banking ( I was working as a Assistant Manager (Agri) in SBI)

there is no Carrer growth with ICICI BANK and not settled my resignation benefits till now

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that CPA. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

I would like to specially thanks for i process . there are good work handling as well as problems solve. Its good career and growth in this company. Nobody playing politics with together .good enviroment for job. I m satisfy for this job. Another plus point for my colleague is very good understaning with together and i also work happly collaboration
