Nothing to like, from start hiring process everything will be a mess

They deduct every leave amount from your last final settlement if you resigned in probation period i.e., before 1yr. So if you leave before an year u have to payback the complementary leave amount to them without even a leave u hv to work for an year to them. And the culture is brutal they won’t even behave like professionals when it comes to sales and targets. Even if u do very well there’s nothing u will get no appreciation no increment no promotion . Its just like slave work with very low salary with very low standard professionals...Read More
