They give you money, ask a package it will be met out but the incremental growth over that package is not guaranteed (appraisal).

Dislikes

The people and work culture is very bad; i have given my 3 and a half years and yet i was not given leave for my marriage. I had to put give money and had been relieved early but no leaves granted. The appraisal wasn't linked to the performance its the fav. ones that gets all. the working hours and pressure is extreme, if you have the guts to listen abuses,literally then join IDFC
