The worst company I have been associated with since 5 years. No recognition no growth. Work culture is not at all employee friendly, appraisals are not at all fair and extremely biased. Hike bonus structure is not properly designed. Overall pathetic work culture.

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics in term of promotion and hike. No growth at all, they want staffs to work for atleast 12 hrs a day. No work life balance and staffs have been asked to work on holidays too. Not a place to grow.
