Pressure as compared to other sales process is less. Salary on time.

Appraisal needs improvement a lot. Though we get salaries on time but hikes are very very low. This is something they should really work on. There can be more soft skill training. Job trainings. Gymnasium.

The worst experience. They are only focusing on targets, no matter how you are achieving your target by telling lie or anything. I don't like any thing about enfoedge. I provide -5* (minus 5 stars)

Dislikes

There is no one who can understand the genuine problem of an employee. Actually they are running a bpo as the name of jeevansathi. Com. They don't care about their employees, only they care about their business. If employees achieving their targets then they are good if not then they show their real face.
