Fake urgency of work, irrelevant work assignment, Unrealistic deadlines, more work load with under paid salary package equals to more stress, Infosys focus more on the variable salary component which is never paid 100 percent hence monthly in-hand salary is not fair Managers require to work over time and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines which is never appreciated nor paid...Read More

Amazing infrastructure and platforms for learning and self growth technically. Work life balance is good and there are a lot of opportunities to participate in any activity that you may be passionate about.

Infosys is just like keep on working don't expect any hike in your salary and you'll be promoted as per company norms. Slow growth or you can consider as no growth in monetary terms or in your career path. Going through my worst experience.

For freshers it is not good place to start. if they don't have any vacancy in any of the projects they will remove you from the company in the name of personal improvement program. The HR's call to your phone and they ask you to send the resignation by scaring that they will terminate by taking disciplinary action.... Infrastructure was very good to work. Learning opportunities are available. Its not about infy its about the project luck on which project we are going into depends the most.

Dislikes

No benefits or advantages for workers like degree holders growth is very slow for the starting years no advantages will be there. For eng students it was good.
