Like and dislike all depend upon your project, manager and Co-workers. For me I got everything perfect. Project is good, use of new technology, Manager is nice and got the best co-workers. Its almost like a family. Love to be part of this team. Work from home + flexible working hrs

Some time have to work for long hrs almost 12hrs straight. And have to prepare documents because of project needs.

The only thing that I liked about infosys is that I got to visit 3 of its campuses(blr, mysore and pune dc) and all of them were great.

The food, the work culture, the peanut salary, the manager(my manager was a very bad manger who lacked the skills of managing people), pretty much everything

No proper cab facility for shifts. Only one way cab is provided(before 6AM , after 9:30PM) Hike is very poor. Most part in hike is variable pay. but quarterly variable pay in 65-80% even though rating is commendable. salary is low then industry standard

Amazing people who are helpful to each other

Dislikes

Infosys will never pay based on talent. Make sure you get good initial hike because you won't get anything more after that even after 3 or 4 years. If they find you are a valuable resource they want to retain you but at no extra cost.
