The salary they pay to a person who has joined as fresher is very less even though the person has gained a good experience and delivered very nicely but still pay will be less. Just a 2 year experienced lateral joinee will be having higher salary than the person who has joined this organisation as fresher and got had worked there since more than 4 years. Another point is that there are few leads who got to be tech leads just because of their experience but they are not well experienced and do not know how to manage a project or the client. But the main problem is salary only and hike is very low even if someone performs too good.Read More
