Their no growth for freshers and also they are paying less salary to the people's who joined as freshers. No bouns, no hikes, infact yearly hikes also not giving within time and also many benifits not eligible for the people's who joined as freshers. We are working more but getting proper salary for that. Even this company never give 1/- chocolate to the employees for festivals. They give traning on one domin later they will send to reskill on other domain with in few days they expect to become pro in the reskilled domain. They don't give more project opportunities people's who are on bench on their trained domains mostly. Later they will ask for forced resignation....Read More

Dislikes

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well.
