I don't have sales ID yet. bcoz of this i can't see my achievements. I didn't even get incentive. Whenever I complain about this no one takes action.

No proper communication against shrinkage ,if x months shrinkage is more thane 0.15 % they deduct whole ammount from your salary instead of consider 0.15 waiver ,if u earn incentive more than 10k they aligned for an surprise visit ove there they deduct your 50% incentive .if u fight for any thing wrong happens with you they didn't support you instead of giving ans as talk to other departments n all...Read More
