Work life balance is not that bad.

Dislikes

If you join as a fresher, your salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.

Worst place to get placed, had recieved my offer letter after 1 & 1/2 year later. Also had bond of 2 years. Worst project work, only maintainance work. Disgusting reputation as software engineer while you try to jump into other company

28/8/2024 Go on the interview the company management put on discretion only for freshers and I worked 6 years food industry for my college use but this Maphasis company for me new industry I was excited to get my job here and was interviewed before 2 Days did not sleep there I work on continue shift. They had written for 2 hours for an interview after the mphasis staff called my name and she told her don't interview for you we connected only for freshers. Too much too handle the management, worst work culture in Bangalore, don’t come for growth and hike, it will not happen here snd especially there is a manager who runs the PM Project, He is completely skillless guy and waste candidate, he will only care about people who bucket to him , and too much politics. No safety for job snd they will suddenly call and ask you to leave the job..

No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.
