No proper training, no hygienic, no professionalism, no respect for employees, TL, managers were using alcohol in work hours, doesn't care about employees health, no encouragement nothing... Literally bad experience.

I like environment arround us. Flexible shift timing. I have got more knowledge in this organisation.

I am an Exemployee already worked in the period of 2012-2015 as senior process executive. I came here to rejoin on 2023 as QCA. I m very happy at first. Later I came to know that for QCA there is no team in chennai, No TL in chennai, No manager in Chennai, they all are in Trichy. We have to work with operations team. I am a very active person, I have ability to catch whatever updates given by client or software related very fast. I have trained two new batches too. They have changed me to many process, not saying no to anything I have taken as a challenge and did that with happiness because I have the option to gain my knowledge. I have good knowledge in medical billing. Few weeks ago I have nominated for QCA Certification Training. That also I have completed successfully with 100℅ in Techinal and 88℅ in behavioral assessments. I just waiting for the next step, but at the same time due to business requirements they asked me to down my designation to senior process associate or if I have not ready to move to that position, I have to releave from the business within a week. I never expected this from Omega. Because they are giving places and awards for only experience guys who have gained experience in omega itslef. When comparing to them I am 100 times worth for this position. If Omega Is doing like these means Y they are hiring? Anyway they won't allow a new comer to got experience in omega. If they do like this how we became an experience in Omega. For anything they won't touch an experience guys eventhough he or she don't know how to work. And for a long term they are in the same position too. The way of treating a good worker is very worst. Need to improve in this. Give opportunity to hard worker. Now I have no idea to rejoin in this organization because anyway they won't allow to come up. Within two years they will throw away by taking all our needs. Simply waste. I have no idea why they have choosed my name as priority, while asked with seniors they said you are not having experience in omega. Only we touch experienced guys. No solution for this. I walked away as QCA. I wont allow anyone to touch my designation. I have believe in myself that I could got job with same position or high. Too worst. No job security and all....Read More

Nothing is there to specifically say. Everything is based on your team lead and manager.

Dislikes

1. Politics in everything - Manager is CM and whatever he says that's the final decision. No one will support. 2. Work-life will be poor and don't expect any huge support from your managers. 3. Benefits are less. 4. Not giving priority to entertain. They need only work from employees.
